Criminal Justice
Theory and practice comprise the foundation of the Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Criminal Justice. Designed to prepare students for entry-level careers as criminal justice professionals, the program addresses the roles, functions, systems, and operations of corrections, probation, the courts, and other fields of criminal justice. In addition to a strong grounding in the fundamentals, students can develop an understanding of criminal justice from sociological and psychological perspectives. The criminal justice program's General Education curriculum enables graduates the opportunity to be well-rounded and possess the communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills sought by today’s employers. |
