RN to BSN
In this program students encounter innovative healthcare concepts as they relate to disciplines such as palliative care, gerontological nursing, and complementary and alternative nursing methods. Students will add to patient teaching skills while they enhance their ability to motivate and train others. They’ll also develop management abilities in critical areas such as establishing priorities, delegating responsibility, and making sound decisions. The emphasis of this program is not only on the areas of skill that students need to develop, but also on the geographic areas whose populations students will serve — particularly rural communities. |
