B.S. in Health Services Management
This major is designed for individuals employed in health care that have not received management skills training. It provides qualitative and quantitative skills needed for decision-making in the crucial areas of health care personnel management, financial resource strategies, and third-party reimbursement techniques. Students will acquire the necessary skills to be competent middle-level managers able to make the proper decisions and deliver reports to upper management. *Students with appropriate course work in health care technology, including but not limited to nursing, EMT, or radiology, may receive the block credit toward degree requirements. |
