Ed.D. in Teacher Leadership

This fully online Doctorate degree program offers candidates the ability to design and implement a customized program of study from an array of doctoral coursework, with a focus developing transformational leaders to successfully analyze and address the complex challenges, personnel issues, accountability, and fiscal priorities facing many organizations. This three year accredited Ed.D. program consists of courses eight weeks in length, limited to a cohort of 15 candidates to maintain program quality. A virtual residency component makes Concordia’s Ed.D. program one of the nation’s first to extend the benefits of an online curriculum to the residency portion of doctoral education programs. Students in this program gain in-depth knowledge to further enhance their high-level problem solving, decision-making, and collaborative skills.
