The Concordia University - Portland M.Ed. degree program in Advanced Study in Special Education (non-endorsement) is specifically designed for experienced K-12 teachers and other professionals licensed and/or qualified to serve students eligible for special education services, and who want to deepen their expertise or advance to leadership roles in this field.
