Demonstrate the ability to distinguish and summarize the legal principles involved in traditional fields of law study;
Develop an integrated understanding of the various areas of law;
Apply the law to factual situations and prepare credible arguments on either side of an issue;
Analyze a given fact pattern according to established legal principles and consider alternative solutions;
Appraise and evaluate real-life situations in light of a body of law, applying the law to the facts;

Develop the personal ethical standards and the professionalism required for success as an attorney; and
Prepare learners who desire to sit for the California Bar Examination and to practice law in the State of California to succeed in reaching those goals.
