Hospitality Management
The objectives of the Hospitality Operations and Management program are to prepare students with the skills and knowledge necessary to acquire entry-level employment opportunities in this exciting industry, including front desk associate, food and beverage management trainee, hotel management trainee, convention management assistant and multiple other hospitality industry careers working in resorts, hotels, motels, restaurants, inns and convention facilities. The hospitality management degree provides an understanding of the hospitality industry, including various departments, supervisory and management skills. |
