Most Practical Nursing Programs Only Take About One Year!

The Practical Nursing program at Fortis provides the theory, laboratory and clinical experiences to prepare students for an entry-level position in Practical Nursing. The clinical portion of the program provides students with hands-on experience, preparing them to provide nursing care to patients of all ages, ethnic and cultural groups, and stages of wellness or illness in hospitals and other health care providers. The clinical atmosphere enables students to observe first-hand the behaviors and skills crucial to employability in the medical field.
