Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Organizational Development

This doctoral-level degree program is designed for individuals who are ready to rise to the challenge of leadership in today's complex and dynamic organizations. The program develops leaders capable of innovation, invention and discovery as well as the responsible application of current best practices to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
