M.A. in Christian Studies: Christian Leadership

Rise to the challenge of Christian leadership. This advanced degree program prepares Christian leaders in their areas of influence, be they secular, religious, professional, or personal. The program focuses on the preparation of leaders in biblical and theological knowledge, practical application of that knowledge in today’s settings, and the development of character and integrity in all aspects of life. With the Christian Leadership emphasis, the program helps students develop a deeper understanding of their own leadership style, as well as the style of others. The curriculum offers a survey of current models, methods and skills of leadership and their application to a variety of settings. In addition, the dynamics of crisis, conflict, and change are addressed as they apply to Christian ministry. Graduates of this program are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed face to the spiritual challenges of our complex world and serve as an enlightened leader of a Christian community or organization.
