Dental Assistant

Our Dental Assistant certificate training program is accredited by the American Dental Association of Commission on Dental Accreditation. Graduates of our ADA program are eligible to take the Dental Assisting National Board Inc. (DANB).

Upon successful completion of this dental assistant training program, IntelliTec Medical Institute issues the following certificates:

Certificate of Proficiency in Dental Assisting
Certificate of Proficiency in Dental Radiography
Certificate of Coronal Polish
AHA Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

This program is one of the few dental assistant training programs from a school in Colorado that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, which ensures the highest curriculum and instructional standards in Colorado.

You get the opportunity to perform various tasks in our dental assistant training, such as exposing and developing dental radiographs, taking impressions, pouring and trimming models, instrument and procedural set-ups, patient management, and equipment sterilization and disinfection.
