Culinary Management

Culinary Management is a 36-month Bachelor of Science program, currently offered at our West Palm Beach Lincoln Culinary Institute location. It is designed to prepare students to be professionals in the foodservice industry and to work for hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants, hospitals, cruise lines or caterers. The vibrant and diverse South Florida hotel, restaurant and resort economy is used as the laboratory for this program. Core subjects are discussed, defined and identified in the classroom, and are then explored and examined in our metropolitan neighborhood of Palm Beach. This center for the foodservice and tourism industries affords the student unlimited access to the "Real World" while remaining in the comfort zone of Lincoln Culinary Institute. The following is a sampling of the training included in the Culinary Management program:

  • Knowledge of wine, liquor, beers, ales, and cordials
