Commercial & Industrial Maintenance Technician - Associate in Specialized Technology

The Commercial & Industrial Maintenance program provides training in diverse commercial and industrial areas to prepare the student for an entry-level position as an industrial maintenance technician. Students will gain and develop knowledge and skills in the areas of electrical, HVAC/R, and plumbing and the related systems that operate in a commercial or industrial institution.
