Allied Health
Allied Health refers to occupations that support, aid and increase the efficiency of the physical, dentist, or primary clinical specialist. Allied health professionals are involved with the delivery of health or related services pertaining to the identification, evaluation and prevention of diseases and disorders; dietary and nutrition services; rehabilitation and health systems management, among others. The Allied Health degree program is designed to help prepare students with the appropriate general education and didactic theory for advancing from an Allied Health diploma to an AAS degree. As a student, you can learn from a variety of general education and core courses in the Allied Health Program. |
