SAE Institute’s signature program, the Audio Technology Program is offered at every SAE campus worldwide. The intensive program can be taken full-time or part-time, and teaches high-level, hands-on practical training in combination with theory lectures courtesy of experienced sound engineers and music industry professionals. ATP is specifically designed to train students in the fundamental skills necessary for entry level positions in the audio industry.

ATP teaches the Basics of Analog and Digital Audio, Acoustics, Studio set up, MIDI, Microphone theory and techniques, Logic Studio, Pro Tools, Synthesis, Sampling, Studio Recording and Procedures with large and small format analog or digital consoles, Mixing, Mastering, Sound for Picture, Surround Sound and more.

To enhance learning and practical experience during the program, tuition also includes SAE Institute’s Audio Production Bundle* for every ATP Student. The Bundle consists of an Apple Macbook, Logic Studio, Ableton Live, Avid Mbox & Pro Tools, Native Instruments Komplete virtual instrument bundle, headphones and more.
