MS in Management: Human Resource Management

The Human Resource Management (HRM) specialization is designed for managers who want to increase their understanding of the field. Individuals who intend to become HRM professionals, as well as other managers who plan to supervise staff and need to comprehend the issues, policies, and procedures involved in effectively managing people, will find this program useful. HRM courses provide the theory, research, knowledge, and procedures used by HR executives, generalists, and specialists.
