A Online Bachelor of Animation degree program prepares students for a creative career by presenting a challenging program that focuses on imagination, storytelling, drawing, design, filmmaking, and directing. An animation degree provides students with the general information necessary to pursue a career within the art, design, and media industries. Most animation degree programs offer knowledge in drawing, color, character modeling, and design, then moves into advanced 2-D and 3-D animation principles and story development, background design, scene layout, and special effects. Most colleges require a student obtaining a Bachelor of Animation degree, to complete a digital portfolio that showcases their creative ability and best student animation work.
