Electrician-Residential and Commercial

The comprehensive Electrician – Residential and Commercial Associate Degree program is designed to train students for the in-demand electrical trade and prepare them for career success. Through classroom instruction and hands-on experiences, electrical students will learn the fundamentals of electricity and power distribution, trade mathematics, blueprints, wiring requirements and electrical maintenance, along with green energy topics such as solar and wind power generation.

Included in the curriculum is a five-credit hour externship, which will expose students to real-life work situations in the field.
